"Aggregation of Tariff-Rate Quotas" by Lips, Markus and Peter Rieder Abstract Tariff-Rate Quotas are applied on a tariff line level. For an analysis on an aggregated level, the question arises how to aggregate them. In this paper, two alternative aggregation methods are suggested, considering either the magnitude of aggregated tariffs or the aggregated quota rent.
