"EU-China: Win-Win Trade Liberalization and Stimulus Scenarios"
by Evans, H. David and Willem van der Geest

Abstract
This paper presents two clusters of original simulation exercises, dealing respectively with: i. modest and ambitious trade liberalization of the EU-China trade relation; and ii. stimulus of the domestic Chinese economy through sharply reducing the accumulated capital reserves and additionally implementing a huge stimulus package in the context of rapidly falling global demand brought about by the global financial crisis.
