"Modelling Climate Change Impacts and Agriculture"
by Wiskich, Tony, Brian Fisher, Anna Matysek and Paul Newton

Abstract
This paper projects the economic impacts of climate change on global agriculture out to 2080. Two simulations were undertaken - one looking at climate change impacts and the other at trade liberalisation. Changes in real food prices induced by trade liberalisation are generally larger than the price changes induced by climate change. Food affordability still increases as baseline income effects dominate.
I also discuss the development of a credible food consumption projection in the baseline.
