"GTAP 8 Data Base Documentation - Chapter 7.U: Qatar" by Green, David Abstract This paper describes the production of a 31-sector input-output table for Qatar for 2005. The I-O table was developed by combining disaggregated national accounts and trade data for Qatar with a 44-sector I-O table for Kuwait. For major sectors, (e.g. oil and gas and refining) inputs were adjusted to reflect 2005 relative production and processing levels. The completed I-O table is in thousand Qatari riyals (SAR), at producer prices. |
