"Concordance between GTAP goods and HS revision 2017" by Decreux, Yvan Abstract This resource is a concordance table between GTAP sectors and HS subheadings (6 digits) in revision 2017. It is based on the existing resource provided by Thomas Hutcheson in 2006 (HS2002-CPC 1.1-ISIC, Rev3-GTAP Concordance; #1916). I made a correction concerning certain products of Chapter 61 which had been identified as textile products and which I moved to apparel. Then I used a concordance table between the 2002 and 2017 revisions. For a little over a hundred subheadings, I had to choose between several options. When subheadings in revision 2017 were associated to several subheadings in revision 2002, they were often much closer to one of them, based on the product descriptions. In a few cases, I had to use my own judgment based on GTAP sector description. |
