Biography
Elisabetta Gotor ( MSc, University of Rome; PhD, University of Reading) is an agricultural economist at Bioversity International,one of the CGIAR centers, working on economic impact assessment.
Previously she worked as a consultant for the Trade and Markets division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and at the Centre for European Agro-Environmental Studies,( Agra CEAS). She lectured on quantitative methods of global policy analysis at the University of Rome, and provided traineeship on quantitative methods of analysis and modelling at the University of Reading and at the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA)’s Agricultural Economics Unit.
She has authored several academic and practitioner publications in the area of global trade analysis and impact assessment.
