Abstract
The report contributed to international climate change policy development by providing an assessment of the economic impacts on EU countries of policies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel combustion in Annex 1 countries. The study is part of a broader ongoing programme of climate change policy analysis at ABARE.
