Abstract
This resource contains the full GTAPBIO database build workflow (v11b, March 2026), including all required large input files (.har, .zip, and related build artifacts).

Due to GitHub file size limitations, the complete build package is hosted on the GTAP server. The corresponding GitHub repository contains only the codebase and documentation, with instructions directing users to download the full build from the GTAP website.
