Special Instructions
The zip file contains the files required to revise some of the original GTAP 5 files. Additionally, it includes a revised data aggregation program (addressing an error in the aggregation of "VTWR"). The file should be unzipped in the subscriber's GTAP 5 data directory. It should be used only with the command-line GTAP 5 data aggregation package. Please refer to the file readme.501 for instructions on implementing the patch. The patch program is designed to be run only ONCE.
