Biography
Hui-Chih Chai is an associated engineer at Energy Economic and Strategy Research Center of INER. Her work focuses specifically on the energy policy issue by using computable general equilibrium models and econometric methods. And she devoted to the development of a global CGE model for Taiwan–EPPA Taiwan.
