Biography
Torbjörn Jansson is an economic modeller, economist, researcher and policy analyst. He was born in Sweden 1974, and started his professional carreer as modeller at the Swedish institute for food and agricultural economics in Lund in 1999.
After his PhD in Bonn, Germany, he worked for three years as economist at the Agricultural Economics Research Institute (LEI) in the Hague. From September 2009 he works at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Uppsala, with agricultural sector modelling and especially with the application of the CAPRI modelling system.
