Biography Houssem Eddine CHEBBI is an agricultural economist and assistant professor in quantitative methods. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Zaragoza (Faculty of Economics and Business Studies, Spain) and a Master of Science in agro-food marketing at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (IAMZ) from the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM); as well as a Diploma in Engineering from the Horticulture High School of Chott Mariem (ESH) in Tunisia. His research works and papers focus on the linkages between macroeconomic policies and the agricultural sector. Chebbi’s research interests include also agro-food competitiveness and environmental aspects of the economic growth. |
