Economic Affairs Officer at the ECLAC-UN with notable success participating initiatives ranging from sustainable development and economic theory issues to ICT development projects. Master Degree in Physics and PhD. in Economics.

Professor at a number of courses at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, Universitá di Bologna and Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Coordinate and work giving education support and humanitarian activities in child-care and dining centers for needy children with track record in Argentinean's newspapers and magazines. As social entrepreneur, participation in pioneering high technology projects to help the third sector and the poor. Patentee of a method and system for advertising supported of non-profit organizations (Serial or Patent No.: 60/243,677, USPTO).

Highly talented and accomplished with a strong track record of achievement combining skills in diverse areas of economic theory, computer science, sustainable development issues, complex adaptive systems and geographical information systems (GIS).

More than 10 years as researcher and consultant with substantial participation in 5 funded research projects with a track record of more than 20 published papers, 3 chapters in books and 1 book to be published, receive 3 academic awards and almost 45 participations as lecturer in high level scientific and institutional conferences (in Argentina, Brazil, India, Italy, Switzerland, USA and Ethiopia). Honored with the award: “Premio Academia Nacional de Ciencias de Buenos Aires 1996", for the contribution manuscript: “Non linear dynamics and multi-agent models in economics” co-authored with Drs. D. Heymann and R. Perazzo and the “Prize for Excellence for Contribution to Scientific Production”, 1996, University of Buenos Aires.

Attendance of 3 summer-like schools in Italy and Brazil, and one internship at the University of Andhra, India. Resident in Chile since 2002.

Advance technological proficiency in various OS platforms (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, UNIX-Solaris) and several application software (Visual Basic, Fortran90, Avenue, HTML, Eviews, Ms Office Suite including Macros, Ms Visio, Ms Project, Idrisi, Arc View, etc.).
