Biography
Jean Fouré is an economist at the OECD, in the Environment directorate. He works in the ENV-Linkages model team, mainly on climate-change issues. His previous works on CGE modelling were conducted at the CEPII, where he developped the MIRAGE-e model, focusing on trade and climate change interactions, and developped the macroeconomic projection database EconMap. He also served as the chief analyst in the French Haut conseil pour le climat, an advisory board of experts in charge of advising the French government on climate change policies.
He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE) in 2010.
